 For those who prefer the
convenience of apartment life, Lutheran Heritage Village offers the option
of campus-style living. Four separate buildings, each with a total of 15 one
and two-bedroom apartments surround a central community building. Each
building offers privacy and flexibility in a completely self-contained
setting.
Both one and two-bedroom
apartments are available with a choice of floor plans. Regardless of size, each
apartment includes features such as cable TV hook-up, a walk-in shower,
wall-to-wall carpeting, a full kitchen with all appliances and individual
heating and air conditioning controls. One bedroom apartments include a bay
window in the living room, and most two bedroom units have bay windows in both
the master bedroom and living room. In addition, the two-bedroom apartments
include a spacious walk-in closet. A covered porch makes entry and exit to the
buildings "weatherproof," and sound-resistant construction assures privacy.
Within
each building is a central common space. This skylight-lit space includes a
large multipurpose area that can be used as a lounge or activity area. There is
also a library/multi-media room, a parlor/dining room, a laundry room,
and a pantry -- all for community use.
