Are lawn service and snow removal from the driveways included for home owners?
Not at the present. However, we have access to these services and can offer them at a reduced price for those desiring either or both.
What are the rules regarding visiting Grandchildren? or Pets?
Home and Villa owners may have up to two, twenty-pound pets. Children under 55 years of age and grandchildren may visit anytime but may not take up residence in the Village.
Do you have rentals in the Village?
Not currently, but it is being considered.

Can I make changes to an existing model design?
Homeowners must have their plan approved by the Homeowners Association before building. Villa owners are free to do whatever they would like to the interior of their villa after it is finished. If a change is desired before completion of the villa it needs to be discussed with the builder. Any modifications that would impact the appearance of the villa from the outside would need Villa Association approval.
