Home ownership in Lutheran Heritage Village is
a joy! Homes are available for immediate occupancy or you can build to
suit your tastes. Simply choose a lot, choose a builder,
choose a plan and get it approved by the Homeowner Association, then build to
your exact specifications.
All homeowners have access to:

street lights throughout the village

underground utilities
- Maintained common areas
- Lawn
care/snow plowing at reduced rates
- Use of
Community Center included
Homeowners are automatically a member of the
Homeowners Association. Members pay a $320 per year membership fee which
covers road maintenance, lighting, snow removal, common area maintenance, and
upkeep of the Community Center.
