Overview
Lutheran Heritage Village offers today's Seasoned Adults three lifestyle choices - Home ownership, Condominium living, Apartment rental - all on one beautiful 44 acre campus.

As you enter the Village off Marquette Woods Road, you first encounter the single family residences. When complete, there will be 33 homes forming one Homeowner Association.  Each homeowner pays their own taxes, maintains their own residence, and pays a yearly fee to the association. Homeowners in  Luther Heritage Village have access to lawn and snow removal services at prices well below the general public.  In addition, all homeowners have access to the common areas and the Village Community Center with all it has to offer.

Nestled in the middle of the Village lies the Condominiums or Villas that together form the Villa Association.  When complete, there will be 36 units in this association.  Villa owners pay taxes on their unit, maintain the inside of their residence, and pay a yearly association fee which covers lawn care, snow removal from the roads, and maintenance of the exterior of the Villas.  Like the homeowners, the villa owners have access to the common areas of the Village and the Village Community Center.

On the far northwest side of the Village lies the Apartment modules.  Each module houses 15 one and two bedroom apartments.  When completed there will be four modules and 60 apartments. For their monthly rental fee, apartment dwellers receive their main meal, weekly apartment cleaning, utilities, free use of laundry room, and access to the multimedia room and parlor/dining room found in each module. In addition, each resident has access to all common areas and the Village Community Center, just like the home and villa owners.
